How do I pick up my order?
Bring your confirmation email (digital or printed) to our stall at your chosen market. Our team will have your order ready for quick pickup.
What if I miss the pickup?
Contact us within 24 hours to arrange alternative pickup or delivery. Unclaimed orders without contact may be subject to cancellation fees.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes can be made until the Friday 5pm cutoff. Contact us via email or phone with your order number.
What payment methods are accepted?
Online payments via JotForm accept major credit cards. Market stall pickup also accepts cash and card payments for additional purchases.
