Setup Instructions
- 1. The Cut: If brown, remove the entire bag! (Shiitake is unique this way). Or, for a slower start, cut the top off.
- 2. Humidity: This is critical. You MUST use a humidity tent (plastic bag over skewers) or the block will dry out and turn into a rock.
- 3. Harvest: Pick when the caps are open but the edge is still slightly curled under.
