- 1. Humidity Tent: Place skewers in the block and drape a clear bag loosely over
it.
- 2. Misting: Mist 2-3 times daily. Oysters dry out fast! Do not soak the caps
directly.
- 3. Harvest: Pick when caps are fan-shaped and edges start to curl up. Do not
wait for them to flatten completely.
Tip: Oysters need AIR. If stems are long and thin, they are suffocating. Open the
tent more!

Maximizing 2nd Flush
The secret is a hard soak.
- Rest block for 3-5 days after harvest.
- Submerge in cold water for 3-4 hours.
- Drain well and tape shut the old slit.
- Cut a NEW slit on the back side.
